His career combines global and corporate responsibilities with operational leadership roles across different regions and countries, including Europe, Latin America, the United States and APAC.
Extensive experience leading HR functions in major multinational companies across industries including pharmaceuticals, aerospace, chemicals, retail, insurance and consulting.
This background has enabled him to develop a global strategic perspective, complemented by first-hand knowledge of different geographies, cultures and business environments.
Diego has developed strong expertise in organizational development through a combination of academic training and professional experience.
He holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and has more than eight years of experience as a global organizational development expert at companies including Novartis, Roche and Adecco Group.
His career also includes more than 15 years of international experience in employment and industrial relations.
This experience is complemented by specialist training through the Master’s in Human Resources and Employment Relations at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
